This closed edition life sized bronze of a Vietnam Soldier was created for the South Dakota Vietnam War Memorial located on the capitol grounds in Pierre, SD. This sculpture, along with the "Fighting Eagle" were unveiled during the states dedication ceremony, honoring and welcoming home the veterans that served our country during the Vietnam War with attendance estimates around 33,000 people for the two day event. Versions of the bronze, standing at 26 inches tall are available for purchase with some of the proceeds going to the Disabled American Veterans' Hospital Transportation Network. |
